Dustless | eenmanszaak Stelhout 5, 3991 PD Houten, NL KVK: 97524549 | VAT: NL005275384B13 Parties and services The portal of Dustless, a sole proprietorship, is intended for businesses in the Netherlands, the rest of the EU and outside the EU for their own business end use, not for consumers or resale. The same objective eligibility and pricing conditions apply, with appropriate tax assessment. Only an authorised representative subscribes. The complete bundle includes Calendar and planning, Time registration, Leave and availability, Staff management, Quotes and Digital work cupboard. Company permissions still apply. Payroll payments, full accounting, a native app and automatic supplier orders are not included. Other Dustless services are separate; quote and website preview requests remain free and non-binding. Calendar & Planner contains only planning; the full portal contains the functions above. Access follows the chosen package and company permissions. Customer checks before payment Businesses in the Netherlands, the rest of the EU and outside the EU are assessed under the same objective conditions; foreign address or nationality alone is not a refusal reason. Business identity, billing details, receiving establishment, registrations, business use and authority are assessed before payment. You declare accurate current details; a number or checkbox is not independent verification. The first automatic route covers prepared Dutch business tax treatment. Other tax routes require assessment; blocks have a specific reason and contact option. Changes and resumed orders are rechecked. Price and VAT Two packages: Agenda & Planner €7.00 and complete portal €29.00 per month, each including ten employees, excluding VAT. Both add €2.90 per employee above ten per month, excluding VAT. The complete portal has 10% off annual payment: €313.20 per year including ten, plus €31.32 per extra employee per year, excluding VAT. No annual Agenda price is set. For the prepared Dutch domestic business supply, 21% VAT applies: monthly totals €8.47 and €35.09 including VAT for ten, with an extra employee €3.51 including VAT (rounded). The total shown before purchase governs; other countries require a separate tax assessment. Consumer purchases remain unavailable. Only verified paid packages activate, subject to separate role permissions. Existing contracts and invoices retain their recorded rates; this price change does not automatically migrate subscriptions. Who counts? All verified linked staff accounts count, including administrators; unconfirmed invitations and technical Website administrator-only accounts do not. The order summary states places and price. Adding staff does not authorise another charge. Changes require a separate price proposal and acceptance; until that route is available the agreed capacity applies. Capacity selection does not itself delete staff or data. Term and renewal You pay the chosen month or year upfront. Renewal is automatic for the same period unless cancelled before renewal. A free thirty-day trial never automatically becomes paid. New prices or terms require a separate clear proposal; this version grants no general right to change prices unilaterally. Cancellation and invoices An authorised company administrator can confirm cancellation at Stripe through Subscription at any time. It stops the next renewal; access lasts to the end of the paid, non-revoked period. Cancellation erases no invoices and closes no personal account. Invoices remain private to authorised company administrators. Billing changes apply to future invoices; originals remain preserved. Questions or unavailable cancellation: contact@dustless.nl. Payment and corrections The first prepared method is card through Stripe. Dustless stores no card number or security code. Only verified payment activates a paid period; failed renewal adds no time. Saving a card is not payment. Corrections use separate credit notes without altering originals. Partial refund keeps the period; full refund revokes that period without automatically cancelling the subscription. Statutory rights remain. Responsibilities and privacy The customer determines lawful purposes, permissions and business data; Dustless retains its own legal duties. The agreement at /verwerkersovereenkomst/ governs processing for the customer, including trials, and is accepted separately by the authorised Head company administrator. Subscription acceptance does not replace it. The privacy policy covers Dustless’s own processing. Share only necessary data, not medical files, national identity numbers or identity copies. Data, exit and support Annex D of the data processing agreement covers export and exit. Switching: transition within 30 calendar days, subject to lawful exceptions, then at least 30 calendar days for retrieval. Erase without undue delay afterwards, including copies, unless specific law requires retention. No general 90-day backup retention. A recorded request is not executed cancellation or erasure. Statutory switching is not blocked by the ordinary paid period; financial obligations are assessed separately under mandatory law. Ordering and acceptance Before payment you can check/correct package, places, period, amount and billing details and download the terms. You separately confirm the displayed total, payment obligation and automatic renewal and accept the terms. After verified successful payment the private portal confirms the paid subscription. A return page, trial, saved card or unpaid order activates nothing. Acceptance is stored immutably with version, language, date, business, representative and summary and is downloadable by authorised administrators. Licence and content The business receives a non-exclusive right to use the selected package for itself during the agreed access period. Software, design and Dustless brand rights remain with Dustless or the owners. Business data, logos and content remain with the customer or owners. Dustless processes content only for delivery, security and agreed processing. No unlawful content or account/access misuse. Mandatory export and switching rights remain. Care, support and disputes Dustless supplies the agreed service with reasonable care and addresses reported faults and security issues. Maintenance may restrict functions temporarily and is announced where reasonably possible. No uptime, repair or support deadline is guaranteed without a separate written agreement. Report problems/complaints to contact@dustless.nl or business contacts. Statutory remedies and liability remain, without general exclusion. Dutch law applies subject to mandatory applicable law. The court competent under law remains available.
